We review applications weekly and aim to reply within 5 business days. If we need more context, we ask before making a decision.

No. RunInfra takes no equity and asks for nothing beyond honest product feedback. The case study option is separate and entirely optional.

Can existing customers apply?

No. The program is for new RunInfra customers. Applications and awards are reviewed per company and remain subject to approval.

What do the credits cover?

Program credits are subject to approval. Approved credits cover Model API usage. When they run out, you pay as you go with credits you buy. We never charge your card automatically unless you turn on auto-recharge.
